Paralegal/Title Coordinator

Diane has over 11 years experience as  a licensed real estate agent and a Realtor.  She has over 7 years experience working in a law firm as a Certified Real Estate Paralegal.  Diane has been conducting closings of purchase and refinance transactions for local attorneys and nationwide lenders for almost a decade.  She is a title abstractor, and a notary public in the State of New Hampshire.  She currently prepares deeds, works with registries across the US and locates title abstractors nationally; ordering title searches, clearing title issues, and preparing title polices.  Diane is providing all of her paralegal services to our values clients at TransferATimeshareTitle.com for residential, commercial, and timeshare closings.
